Jewellery has been around since ancient times and has been an indispensable accessory to complete a woman’s outfit. Some have told me that they feel they are missing something if they don’t wear them, a woman’s wardrobe is considered incomplete without a perfect piece of jewellery. Without a doubt they embellish and add a touch of class to the well-dressed woman.

Women are passionate about jewellery as it represents a symbol of femininity and even social status. Jewellery has always made women feel beautiful and confident. The significance of jewellery lies in its ability to enhance a woman’s natural beauty.

Women choose a piece of jewellery bearing in mind that it is a long-lasting object that they will wear on many special occasions, so when they decide to buy one, they stop to look at it, studying every detail to be sure that they will be pleased when they wear it. They know that when they look at them, jewellery will be one of the first things observed after the eyes or the smile, that is why they are very meticulous when buying jewellery.

Jewellery speaks about you.
I carefully study the design of my jewellery because I have to take into account the personality of women, those who prefer to feel comfortable, elegant and discreet, I try to transfer that message to each piece. In other designs I think of the woman who likes to attract more attention, for them I have to have a more daring and fun sense of design.

When the jewellery is finished, I look at it thinking about the message it contains, because I try to convey what people are looking for in it. Some women want to complete their outfit with their clothes, shoes, handbag, hairstyle and finally their jewellery, combining shapes and colours; others want a bold piece of jewellery to catch everyone’s eye; many women want to show off their cleavage with a discreet yet sensual pendant.

Jewellery is part of our lives
Jewellery is an ideal detail that is part of women’s lives almost from the moment they are born, because a few months after they come into the world, their mothers take care of putting small gold earrings that they wear during their childhood, later they change them for others according to their age until they are teenagers and they themselves change their earrings and incorporate other jewellery to their body such as personalised silver pendants, rings, necklaces, bracelets, etc.

All gifts are important but jewellery is special because it is almost always linked to a romantic memory and other important moments in a woman’s life, such as a proposal of marriage, a wedding day, a gift from a son to a mother on her birthday, or from a mother to her daughter of a family jewel that has been handed down from generation to generation.

In some families the jewellery inherited from previous generations is even used as a good luck charm and the wearer never gives it up because he thinks that without it he will not feel as good. Other jewellery that has an important sentimental value are those that are given with the name or initials of the recipient engraved on them.

Every country has its own customs and fashions for the popular use of jewellery, but there is no doubt that they are inseparable companions in a woman’s life, whether to enhance her beauty, complement her wardrobe or remind her of the unforgettable person who gave them to her.
